Dr. Cecile Ramsies
Dr. Cecile Ramsies loves animals. From an early age, she loved all animals and wanted to be around them as much as possible. She has compassion for pets as, sometimes, they cannot express their suffering, she finds great happiness in relieving them from any pain. She has more than 10 years experience in the veterinary field, which enables her to give the best care for her patients every day. Her professional interests are in soft tissue surgery, dermatology, internal medicine, preventative care medicine. Dr. Cecile is AVMA and CVMA member.

-The Pet Is Involved in a Car Accident
-The Pet Has Uncontrolled Bleeding
-The Pet Is Unwilling or Unable to Eat or Drink
-The Pet Has a Bite Wound or Burn Injury
-The Pet Has an Abnormal Heart Rate or Rhythm
-The Pet Is Having Trouble Walking or Has Loss of Balance
-The Pet Has Had Gastric Torsion or Bloat in the Past and Is Trying to Vomit, but Is Unable to Vomit (Breeds Such as German Shepherds, Great Danes, Saint Bernards, and Others Are Prone to It)
-The Pet Has Seizure or Epilepsy
-The Pet Is Straining to Defecate
-The Pet Is Having Difficulty Breathing
-The Pet Is Having Trouble Urinating or Is Not Producing Urine
-The Animal Is Bleeding, Internal Bleeding or External Bleeding
-The Animal Has Swollen Abdomen or Sudden Abdominal Enlargement
-The Pet Is in Shock (Signs of Shock Includes Weakness, Collapse, Pale or Blue Gum Color, Cold Feet, and an Abnormal Heart Rate or Fibrillation)
